Everlift Privacy Policy

Everlift ("the app") is a personal strength-training tracker. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account: your email address (for magic-link sign-in) or your Sign in with Apple identifier, and an optional display name.
• Fitness data you log: workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, and the settings you choose (unit, weekly target, timezone, plan preferences, equipment, body weight if you enter it).
• Apple Health: with your permission we read your weight, height, date of birth, biological sex, workouts and active energy from Apple Health to personalise your plan, strength scores and calorie estimates, and we write your finished strength workouts and their energy burned back to Apple Health. You choose exactly which types to share in the Health permission sheet. Health data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for advertising.
• Subscription history: whether your Everlift Pro subscription is active, and its history (plan, trial or paid, price, renewal and expiry dates), provided by Apple through RevenueCat. We never see your payment details.
• App usage: a small set of in-app events (for example app opened, onboarding finished, paywall shown, workout finished) with a random install identifier, linked to your account once you sign in. We use them only to understand and improve the app, on our own servers; they are never shared with third parties or used for advertising.

What we do not do

• No tracking across apps or websites, no advertising identifiers, no selling of data.
• No third-party analytics SDKs in the app.

Where data lives

Your data is stored on servers we operate (hosted on Railway) and on your device so the app works offline in the gym. Data in transit is encrypted (TLS).

Service providers

Railway (hosting and database), Resend (sign-in emails), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, Apple Health on your device).

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete account removes your profile, workouts and points. Sign in with Apple tokens are revoked with Apple. Data is removed from live systems immediately and purged from backups within 30 days. You can also email support@everliftapp.com.

Children

Everlift is not directed at children under 13.
