Your AI strength coach that plans around your recovery.

Everlift builds today's workout from the muscles that are fresh, the equipment in front of you and what you lifted last time, then lets you log every set from your lock screen.

Trains what is fresh, rests what is not

Every working set adds fatigue to the muscles it hits, and that fatigue fades over two to three days. Everlift tracks all 17 muscle groups and builds each session from the ones that have recovered, so you keep progressing without grinding the same tired muscles.

Log sets from your lock screen

A Live Activity on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island shows your current exercise, set count, target reps and weight. Tap Log set between sets without unlocking your phone. It works with no signal in the gym and syncs when you are back online.

Syncs to Apple Health. Built for the equipment in front of you.

Your weight, height and profile come in from Apple Health to set up your plan, and every finished workout is written back, so Whoop, Garmin, Strava and anything else that reads Apple Health sees it. Tell Everlift what your gym or home has and suggested weights round to plates and dumbbells you actually own.

  3. Get today's workout

  4. Log sets from the lock screen

Tap Log set between sets. Rest timer runs on its own. Finish with a summary and your points.

Questions

Is this medical advice?

No. Everlift is a training planner and tracker, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before starting a training programme, especially if you have an injury or health condition.

What does Everlift read from Apple Health?

Weight, height, date of birth, biological sex, workouts and active energy. Nothing else, and never "all data". We write finished strength workouts and active energy back. Your health data is never sold and never used for advertising.

Can I cancel the trial or subscription?

Yes, anytime, through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Everlift. If you cancel during the 3-day trial you are not charged.

Does it work without signal in the gym?

Yes. Sets are saved on your phone the moment you log them and sync to your account as soon as you are back online.

Which phones does it support?

iPhone running iOS 17 or later. The lock screen Live Activity needs a physical iPhone. There is no Android or Apple Watch app yet.
